Appointments at Active Life Conditioning In-Clinic Appointments at Active Life Conditioning, 8 Stewart Road, Collingwood Ontario (off High Street)
OT appointments at this location are held at *Active Life Conditioning Centre* at 8 Stewart Road (near Georgian Design Centre) in a private treatment room within the facility. Many children enjoy attending their therapy appointments at Active Life Conditioning where they can feel apart of an active community, focused on health and wellness for all, normalizing the experience. Some children have already attended some of the Active Life children's programs (e.g. camp, Fundamentals, Train to Train) and have a familiarity with the facility, increasing their comfort. Parents can bring their child to drop off or stay and be a part of the therapy session- to be discussed depending on age and comfort of the child.
Parking can be found in the general parking area and enter in the main door. Covid self- screening should take place prior to entering and masks must be worn as per health guidelines set out by the College of Occupational Therapy Ontario (COTO) for medical appointments.
